China Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearl Organic is among the finest treasures in the tea world and comes from the mountain regions of south‑eastern China. For more than 100 years, only the youngest and most delicate leaves from top green tea lots have been used for this rarity. While still fresh and slightly moist, the leaves are blended up to six times with freshly picked, intensely fragrant jasmine blossoms, then sieved and traditionally hand‑rolled into tiny pearls. Through this elaborate process, the leaf ‘encloses’ the delicate jasmine aroma and releases it slowly only during infusion. The ‘two leaves and a bud’ pluck standard is clearly reflected in the cup: the liquor is clear and elegant with a mysterious champagne hue.
