A mild green Japanese tea, also known as twig tea. It consists not only of leaves, but also of stems and stalks. Therefore it contains little caffeine.
Preparation: 10 grams per litre, i.e. about 5 teaspoons. As for the temperature of the water there are various recommendations ranging between 50 and 85 degrees centigrade (122-185° Fahrenheit). It can be brewed up to 5 times. The first time it should steep for 1 minute, from the 2nd time on only 30 seconds. From controlled organic agriculture
